In accordance with ESEA Sec. 4204(b)(2)(L) the Kids Hope Alliance is making a Notice of Intent to Apply for a Florida Department of Education, 21st Century Community Learning Centers for the following public schools: 

• Cedar Hill Elementary (6534 Ish Brant Rd. Jacksonville, Fl, 32210)
• Gregory Drive Elementary (7800 Gregory Dr., Jacksonville, Fl, 32210)

The community to be served at these schools is invited to participate in the development of the response provided by the Kids Hope Alliance and can request to review any waiver requests and the proposal after it is submitted. 
 
Meetings for gathering this input will be scheduled at each of the schools on July 24, 2018.
