All developers, for-profit and non-profit 501(c) (3) agencies applying for HOME Revolving Loan Funds (RLF) are required to attend at least one technical assistance workshop. At the workshop, Housing and Community Development Division staff will review the RLF application process, project eligibility and provide information to assist with application preparation.

All attendees must register to attend a workshop at the HCDD office (904) 255-8200.

If any non-English speaking persons or persons with mobility, visual or hearing impairments wish to attend the workshops and have special needs, please notify the Housing and Community Development Division at (904) 255-8200 in advance so accommodations may be made.
