Update on Resolution of City Network Issues
September 13, 2024
Our technical team has been working with their key vendor partners to troubleshoot the network configuration issue identified on Wednesday, September 11. Initial root cause appears to be the failure of a piece of hardware on the network.
The Emergency Operations Center remains partially activated as we continue to work collaboratively with all our agency partners. Our Technology Solutions Department will continue to monitor the network throughout the weekend.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will continue to prioritize system availability, resilience, and redundancy.
