The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office are offering free training to landlords in Duval County. The Landlord Training Program - Keeping Illegal Activity Out of Rental Property is avilable on various dates at select locations. SEATS ARE LIMITED, SO REGISTER TODAY!
This program is designed to help owners and managers keep illegal drug activity and other criminal activity off their property. The training is 6 hours with a one-hour lunch break - lunch is not provided - and cover topics like applicant screening, rental agreements, management, resident partnerships, CPTED, warning signs of drug activity, evictions and working with the police.
Please note: This is not a training to become a landlord. This training is for existing landlords and owners of rental properties.
