Friends of Hemming Park is proud to host the following programs and events in Hemming Park, located at 135 W. Monroe Street in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville. All activities listed below are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.

ArtWalk Beer Garden with Tabula Rasa Brewing
In 2019, Hemming Park has resolved to drink local! We'll feature a different local brewery in our monthly ArtWalk beer gardens, wrapping up with our big Jax Beer Society Jax Beer Week event on November 6th. Join us on the first Wednesday of the month from 5 pm to 9 pm. Our featured brewery for July is Tabula Rasa Brewing.
ArtWalk is presented by Downtown Vision on the first Wednesday of every month, rain or shine. More than 60 ArtWalk venues stretch across Downtown Jacksonville’s core and include galleries, museums, Downtown businesses and more. Hemming Park serves as ArtWalk headquarters and hosts a variety of artists and live performances each and every month.

Bluegrass, Beer & Barbecue Festival
Friends of Hemming Park presents the Second Annual Bluegrass, Beer and Barbecue Festival in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville! Enjoy a FREE concert by performers including Brett Bass and Melted Plectrum, Rusty Shine, Salt & Pine and Remedy Tree; delicious barbecue; an arts market; tasty beverages and more. Kid and pet-friendly. Although the event is free there is a VIP experience available that will provide shade, free premium cocktails, and reserved seating. FRIDAYS IN JULY
TGIF Music Series, 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Hemming Park is a great place to enjoy lunch throughout the work week, with food trucks and music every day. On Fridays, we feature performances by some of Jacksonville's favorite local bands. Bring a bag lunch, grab a bite from one of our food trucks or your favorite downtown restaurant and enjoy a free concert to get your weekend started. Here's the full lineup for July:

- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Live Music, 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

- Monday - Saturday: Hemming Park Kids Zone, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Sunday: Hemming Park Kids’ Zone, 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Sunday Yoga in the Park
Join us for Yoga in the Park at 3 pm on Sundays with Yoga 4 Change! This class is FREE for members of Friends of Hemming Park with a suggested minimum donation of just $5 for all others. We host the class in our kids’ zone, which has plenty of shade. Bring water and a mat and join us near the corner of Laura and Duval.
