Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business Vendor Spotlight

Meet Renee Sharp, owner of F&R Professional Cleaning, Inc.! Please read about her business and experience in the Jacksonville Small and Emerging Business Program (JSEB).

Renee SharpBusiness Bio:
F&R Professional Cleaning, Inc. is a local full-service, JSEB certified and WOSB certified (Woman-Owned Small Business) janitorial company. We have been in business since 2005 and provide professional quality cleaning solutions to commercial and residential clients. We are an experienced building service contractor with a past performance that showcases our abilities. 

JSEB Vendor experience:
“Learning about the JSEB program changed the trajectory of our company drastically and set us up for success. The JSEB program opened a door of opportunity for our company, and we never looked back! Learning about the procurement process of the various local agencies sparked an interest in me that has led to a successful career in business. We have completed several successful contracts with local agencies such as COJ, DCPS, JEA, and JIA as well as participated as a subcontractor on projects with various prime contractors within each agency. I will be forever grateful for the resources the JSEB program offers small businesses.” 

Goal or achievement reached in business:
“Our goal was to generate $1 million in gross revenue. Now, we are planning to double that goal within three years. In 2018, F&R Professional Cleaning, Inc. won the MED Week Woman Business Enterprise of the Year Award.”
 
The JSEB vendor spotlight is a newly implemented initiative with the sole purpose of recognizing outstanding JSEB vendors each month. The EBO Office knows that all active JSEB vendors work very hard to accomplish all of their business goals. We want to recognize all of your efforts and spotlight your best moments. JSEB Vendor Spotlight Qualifications:

  • Currently Certified JSEB

  • Currently has or has had a contract with the COJ and/or local SBE Programs

  • Currently or has had at least one successful contract in the private sector

  • Has accomplished at least one goal and/or experience within the month or year
