The RLF application can be accessed online at www.coj.net/rlf. Web, hand delivered and mailed applications from for-profit and nonprofit 501(c) (3) agencies are due by Friday, Nov. 16, at 5 p.m. All developers and agencies applying for funds are required to attend a technical assistance workshop offered by the Neighborhoods department where Housing and Community Development Division (HCDD) staff will review the application process, project eligibility and provide information to assist with application preparation.
