Starting Monday, May 30, Animal Care and Protective Services (ACPS) will be open on Mondays. Adoption hours will be from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Memorial Day.

“By opening on Mondays, we hope to make it even easier for community members to open their schedules and their hearts to bring home a new pet,” said ACPS Shelter Manager Marcy Gallo. “There is nothing like adopting or fostering a four-legged friend to cure the Monday blues!”

Following Memorial Day weekend, adoption hours will be from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays. Visit the ACPS shelter (2020 Forest St. – 32204) in person or visit www.coj.net/pets to view available pets.
