Jacksonville Public Library's four regional libraries—Highlands Regional on Dunn Ave, Pablo Creek Regional on Beach Blvd, Southeast Regional on Deerwood Park Blvd., and Webb Wesconnett Regional on 103rd—will begin inside service on Monday, June 22, 2020. Customers will be able to use any of the four regional libraries between 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
All customers are required to wear masks at all times while inside library buildings. Also required to enter are touchless temperature checks and completion of COVID-19 health screening forms. Additional health safety adjustments have been made to open locations including social distancing markers, spacing of furniture and public computers and other modifications for customer and staff safety.
The Main Library continues to provide service Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. On Monday, June 22 the fourth floor of the Main Library will open to the public, opening access to more public computers in the Grand Reading Room. The Special Collections department and research services will be available by calling (904) 255-6195 for an appointment.
The Library continues curbside pickup of holds at 14 locations. Appointments are preferred but not required for pickup of holds for which customers have been notified.

Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.,
Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Regional libraries (Highlands, Pablo Creek, Southeast and Webb Wesconnett):
Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

All book drops remain open so customers can return books and materials. For customer and staff safety, all materials returned are being quarantined for 72 hours before they're put back into circulation.
No overdue fees will be applied for any materials returned by December 31, 2020.
