The Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) – the City of Jacksonville’s sole economic development and community redevelopment agency for Downtown – is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website at

The new site features a streamlined, modern design, improved functionality, and easy access to essential information to help developers, investors, business owners and the public obtain desired information and make well-informed decisions when investing in Downtown Jacksonville.
Created with the user experience in mind, the site includes many new features to help users quickly and easily navigate the site and find the information they need. New features include a database on City-owned parcels available for redevelopment, new program information—such as the Targeted Food and Beverage (FAB-REP) and Façade Grant Programs—and tools and resources useful in working with the DIA and the Downtown Development Review Board.
DIA’s new website will be updated on a regular basis with news of incentive programs, meeting notices, major project highlights, and various valuable, user-centric and responsive resources with DIA clients in mind. Visitors are encouraged to explore the website and contact the DIA with any comments or questions.
