Community Invited to Hear Updates on Jax Journey Initiative

Jax Journey is an initiative focused on creating safer communities by supporting programs that enhance crime prevention and intervention efforts.

The Jax Journey Oversight Committee is inviting the public to its meeting Wednesday to learn what Jax Journey is doing in local communities. Additionally, citizens will have the opportunity to share concerns about neighborhood crime and provide input on new and existing crime prevention initiatives.

The meeting, which will be held at the Legends Center (5130 Soutel Dr. – 32208), will begin at 4 p.m. For more information, persons should contact Jax Journey Project Manager Kendra Mervin at 904-630-1898.
