A 630-CITY employee manning the phone lines

City to Observe 630-CITY Day this Saturday

A division within the City of Jacksonville Neighborhoods department, the 630-CITY customer service center opened in the year 2000 with the purpose of providing Jacksonville citizens a resource where they can report concerns, incidents or request information and services.
 

630-CITY day is dedicated to bringing awareness to the resources and services provided by the customer service center. During the 2018 fiscal year, the 630-CITY office served more than 400,000 customers.

630-CITY services are available at the main customer service center located in the Ed Ball Building (214 N. Hogan St. – 32202) and at the information desk in City Hall (117 W. Duval St. – 32202).
