In observance of Veterans Day, the following City government offices and facilities will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2024.
Closures include:

- Yates Building, 231 E. Forsyth St. (The Office of the Tax Collector, including all Tax Collector branch offices and The Office of the Property Appraiser)

- Supervisor of Elections main office, 105 E. Monroe St.
- Municipal Code Compliance Division, 214 N. Hogan St.
- Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department administrative offices, 515 N. Julia St.

- All community and senior centers and gymnasiums managed by the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department

630-CITY Customer Service Center
The office will be closed Saturday, November 9th through 8 a.m. Tuesday, November 12th. Customers may request a city service anytime online at myjax.custhelp.com.
Jacksonville Public Library
All public libraries will be closed Monday, November 11, 2024.
Tennis Centers
The Boone Park facility will be open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All other tennis centers will be closed. Pickleball and Hard courts will be accessible at Fort Family Tennis Center and Boone Tennis Center.
Huguenot Memorial Park
Huguenot Memorial Park will open at 6 a.m. for park day users, annual pass holders and early bird ticket holders on Monday, November 11. All day use visitors, except for paid campers and authorized visitors, must exit the park by 6 p.m. Campground visitors are permitted; however, they must purchase a visitor’s pass by 5 p.m. before the front office closes in order to stay until 10 p.m., and must leave promptly.
Camping reservations close at 5 p.m. Pre-paid campers can check in up until 9:30 p.m. Campers may exit and reenter the park until 11:00pm. No reentry after 11 p.m.
Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park
Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park will open at 6 a.m. to allow annual pass and early bird ticket holders to enter the park on Monday, November 11. Park day-users and campground visitors may enter from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. All visitors, except for permitted campers and their authorized visitors with passes, must depart by 6 p.m.
Camping reservations close at 6 p.m. daily. Only campers with prepaid reservations can gain access from 6 to 9 p.m. People without a prepaid pass waiting for them will not be admitted after 5:30 p.m. All campers must check in by 9 p.m., and have tents and RVs set up by 9:30 p.m. After 9 p.m., no one may enter to set up on a campsite.
