In order to receive the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA), the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a five-year comprehensive plan of housing and development needs called the ConPlan.
Public input is critical to accessing housing and community development priorities. Citizens can participate in the development of the ConPlan in a variety of ways to help the City make data-driven decisions for federally funded programs.
There are three ways the community can participate: taking the online survey, attending a virtual meeting and attending the public hearing. Please visit
