“The key to success for any organization is to have a team of dedicated and capable employees,” said Mayor Lenny Curry. “Chief Beth Meyer and her team are passionate about their work and the service they provide to our community, and it shows. I commend the Disabled Services Division on this great recognition and thank them for their service to our city.”
In a letter to Mayor Curry, District Administrator Robert Lewis for the Division of Blind Services commended the City’s Disabled Services staff for their “professionalism and helpfulness” in serving the city’s disability community.
The award was presented at the Division of Blind Services State meeting held in Jacksonville on Wednesday at the Lexington Hotel and Conference Center.
