Bike Your Park Day

September 29, 2018
Public parks play a valuable role in helping citizens develop a sense of community by providing spaces for people to interact with each other, as well as meet new people.

In an effort to get more people to explore their parks and public spaces by bicycle, the National Park Service has partnered with the Adventure Cycling Association (ACA) to encourage citizens to ride bicycles to or within a local park on the third annual Bike Your Park Day observance

Jacksonville has more than 400 parks with trails, playgrounds, skate facilities, pools and more. Visit JaxParks.com for more information on local parks, including those with bicycle trails and other related amenities.
