Code Red Notification System
The Duval County Emergency Operations Center has implemented a telephone emergency notification system that will call residents in the event of a potential or pending emergency. The system will automatically contact those Duval County residents with published, residential phone numbers.

Individuals who would like to receive notification messages on their unlisted, cellular or business phones should go to the Emergency Communications Network Code Red update page and complete the form. This information will remain the property of Emergency Communications Network (ECN) and will not be disclosed unless compelled to do so by a court of sufficient jurisdiction.

Residents outside Duval County should contact their respective local emergency management office.
