Tiffiny Douglas Pinkstaff joined the General Counsel’s Office in September 2014.  Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel, Ms. Pinkstaff worked at Cooper, Ridge & Safi, P.A.  She is an AV-rated trial and appellate attorney who specializes in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.  She has also been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for three consecutive years as one of the top young attorneys in Florida, a distinction achieved by only 2.5% of the lawyers in the state.

Ms. Pinkstaff received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Furman University in 1996.  She obtained a Juris Doctor, with honors, from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2003.  While at Florida Coastal, she served in many capacities, Law Review Senior Manuscript Editor, Research Assistant and Student Advisor.  After law school, Ms. Pinkstaff clerked for the firm of Lewis, Longman & Walker, P.A. and then joined the firm of Cooper, Ridge & Lantinberg, P.A. in 2003, where she became a partner in her fifth year of practice.

Attorney Pinkstaff is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to the United States District Court, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
