Brittany Rubino joined the Office of General Counsel in March 2025. Prior to joining OGC, she was an Associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. with a focus on personal injury defense, premises liability, commercial litigation, trucking accident defense, dog bite defense, general liability defense, and insurance defense. Ms. Rubino has prior experience in tax law, contract law, construction law, and environmental law areas. Ms. Rubino has practiced throughout the State of Florida and in Federal Court including the United States Tax Court and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
 
Ms. Rubino attended law school at Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2016 with an Honors Certificate in Environmental and Earth Law. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Flagler College in 2012.
 
Ms. Rubino is currently a member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is also a Notary of Florida.
