EverBank Stadium

Constructed by Haskell, EverBank Stadium officially opened in 1995. It is the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars, Florida-Georgia & TaxSlayer Bowl. Part of the Jacksonville Sports Complex, EverBank Stadium has a variety of amenities including 64,000 seats with the ability to increase capacity to 83,000+ seats, 89 suites, 20 cabanas, 2 swimming pools, and also the world’s largest video boards. EverBank Stadium also has 55,000 Sq. Ft. of LED, which is the most offered by any sports venue in the world. EverBank Stadium has previously hosted Super Bowl XXXIX, U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Soccer teams, World Cup Qualifiers, Monster Jam, Navy vs Notre Dame football game, and a variety of concerts including the likes of Carrie Underwood, Kenny Chesney and Florida Country Superfest.

VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena

Part of the Jacksonville Sports Complex, the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena was built in 2003 by a partnership among Turner, Perry-McCall, and Northside Construction. Home of the Sharks and Giants, the arena has also hosted a number of popular acts including Taylor Swift, Sir Paul McCartney, Kevin Hart, Billy Joel, Garth Brooks, Elton John, and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. It is also home to the Jacksonville Sports Hall of Fame and the Florida Georgia Hall of Fame. Boasting a total area of 27,000 Sq. Ft., the arena is complete with nearly 15,000 seats, 1,000 club seats, 36 suites, and the deluxe three hundred person St. Johns Suite.

Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville

The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville, previously known as Wolfson Park, was built in 2003 by HOK Construction, and is one of the facilities included in the Jacksonville Sports Complex. The 112,000 Sq. Ft. field holds a capacity of 10,000, 12 luxury skyboxes, 4 sky decks and a tiki terrace. This facility is the home of the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp baseball team. Previous events held at The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville include the Florida vs. Florida State baseball game and the Atlantic Coast Conference baseball championship from 2005-2008.

Prime Osborn Convention Center 

The Prime Osborn Convention Center opened in 1986 and is the only railroad station to be transformed into a convention center. The former railroad station was built in 1919. The architect for Prime Osborn was Kenneth Mackenzie Murchison. The Convention Center is 265,000 square feet, has 78,000 square feet of exhibit space and two event halls. The Convention Center has 33 ft. ceilings and 22 meeting rooms. Previous events held at the Convention Center include the Home & Patio tradeshow and the Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Breakfast.

Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts

The Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts was built in 1997 by the Centex Rooney Construction Company. It has 20,000 square feet of lobby/reception space. The JCPA accommodates such events as Broadway shows, orchestras, corporate general sessions, receptions dinners, and community recitals. The JCPA has three separate theaters: the Jim & Jan Moran Theatre, Jacoby Symphony Hall, and Terry Theatre. Recent Broadway musicals held at JCPA include Wicked and Cats. Previous performances at JCPA have featured a variety of headlining artists such as Bruce Springsteen, Kelly Clarkson, Rodney Atkins, Jason Mraz and Sheryl Crow. 

Ritz Theatre and Museum

The Ritz Theatre and Museum was reconstructed in 1999 on the site of the 1929 Ritz Theatre Movie House. It was designed by a local architect Jefferson Powell. The capacity of the theatre is over 400 and 150 for the lobby area. The Lobby is also used for private functions. The LaVilla Museum, located within the Ritz holds 11,000 square feet of exhibits.

Daily's Place Amphitheater and Covered Flex Field 

The design for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ amphitheater and covered flex field extends the vitality of TIAA Bank Field beyond the stadium’s walls. Informed by Jacksonville’s vast network of estuaries and delicate steel bridges which span the St. John’s River, this new River District delivers an icon to the City of Jacksonville. The amphitheater and covered flex field is part of the Sports Complex. "Daily's Place" houses the new 5,500 person capacity amphitheater and 94,000 square foot covered flex field. The soon-to-be iconic superstructure resides underneath a roof that covers both venues. 

Jacksonville Equestrian Center

The Equestrian Center is a multi-purpose facility with permanent seating for 4,000 people with the main arena being 45,000 square feet. Local, regional and national equestrian competitions are held with events such as the National Team Roping League World Finals, The National Barrel Horse Association Shamrock Showdown and the American Hanovarian Society Annual Symposium. In addition to horse shows, the Equestrian Center has hosted concerts, motor sport events, festivals and rodeos. The Equestrian Center is no longer operated by the City.

The University of North Florida

The University of North Florida main assets are UNF Arena and Hodges Stadium. Hodges Stadium opened in January 2004 has nearly 10,000 seats, is IAAF certified and is widely considered one of the top track & field venues in the United States. Recently, the USA Track and Field Masters and Junior Olympics were held at Hodges Stadium. UNF Arena was built in January 1993 and has played host to graduations, concerts, intramurals, tournaments, and various sporting events over the years. The capacity of the arena is 6,300 seats. The UNF campus also features the Golf Complex at the Hayt Learning Center, a 38 acre facility that is open to the public.

Jacksonville University

Jacksonville University, founded in 1934 is known for their prestigious academic programs, but JU is also home to 18 Dolphins' varisity and sports teams as well. Each team has their own athletic facility that range from the Negaard Rowing Center to the Payne Sand Volleyball Court to the Larry Strom Amphitheater.

Edward Waters College

Located in Downtown Jacksonville, Edward Waters College is home to a wide array of sporting teams and their respective practice and competitive facilities. The school was established in 1866 and has since become one of the top places in Jacksonville that commemorates African-American culture and heritage through its newly-renovated African Art Museum located in the Susie E. Tolbert House.

Florida State College of Jacksonville (FSCJ)

FSCJ is made up of 8 total campuses, scattered across various parts of Northeast Florida including: Downtown Jacksonville, Cecil Field, and Riversde, just to name a few. Each campus has several available facilities such as auditoriums, conference rooms, and theatres of different sizes and seating capacities. More specifically, the North Campus includes the women's softball complex, a baseball field, a multipurpose field and an all-weather track. Also located at the FSCJ North Campus is the Mallard Room-a restaurant lab run by students that is open to the public.
