The City of Jacksonville Military Affairs and Veterans Department will host an Army-Navy football game watch party at TIAA Bank Field on Saturday, Dec. 10. The event is open to the public as a part of the annual Celebration of Valor.

The City of Jacksonville is excited to announce the return of one of the city’s most beloved traditions, the annual Jacksonville Light Boat Parade. The parade is back to light up the St. Johns River on Nov. 26 beginning at 6 p.m. and will feature boats of all shapes and sizes. The evening will wrap up with one of the best fireworks displays featuring “waterfalls” off the Main Street and Acosta Bridge.

The City of Jacksonville’s Solid Waste Division will host a Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) and Electronic Waste (e-waste) Mobile Collection event on Saturday, Nov. 19. The event will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ed Austin Regional Park (3450 Monument Rd.)

The City of Jacksonville and Keep Jacksonville Beautiful will host the America Recycles Day paper collection and free tree giveaway 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., November 12 in Parking Lot E at the TIAA Bank Field, 1680 E. Adams St.
