New company to lease, build out 65,000 square feet of office space at 4875 Belfort Road
 
Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry and Formativ Health today announced the company will lease 65,000 square feet of office space and hire up to 500 employees for a new Patient Access Services Center. 

In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the following city government offices and facilities will be closed Monday, Jan. 16.
