JaxRax Bike Rack Request Form

Are you a business owner who would benefit from bicycle parking? Do you know a business that needs a bicycle rack? The City will furnish and install bike racks, free of charge, to businesses in an effort to become a Bicycle Friendly Community.

Who is eligible to request the free bicycle racks?

Business owners within the City of Jacksonville that have COJ right-of-way, e.g., city-maintained sidewalk, etc., where a bicycle rack would serve the public
Residents that would like to request bicycle racks in COJ parks or within the DIA boundary at locations they frequent

Once approved, requestees must sign and notarize the Revocable Permit and Indemnification Agreement form HERE. Once completed, please email to mfall@coj.net
