Downtown Facilities
Water Street Garage
The Water Street Garage is located at 541 Water St., between Broad and Pearl streets. Hours of operation are from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The Water Street Garage provides convenient business and pleasure parking for such destinations as the Duval County Courthouse, 550 Building, the Federal Building, and the Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts. Parking is covered and security is on duty Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to midnight.

Ed Ball Garage
The Ed Ball Garage is located at 214 N. Hogan St. near the intersection of Monroe and Julia streets. Hours of operation are from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Friday (except city-observed holidays).
The Ed Ball Garage provides convenient business and pleasure parking for such destinations as City Hall, the Duval County Courthouse, and the Hemming Plaza area.

Yates Garage
The Yates Garage is located at 200 East Adams St. Hours of operation are from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m., Monday through Friday (except city-observed holidays).
The Yates Garage provides convenient business and pleasure parking for such destinations as the Florida Theater, the Duval County Tax Collector and the Duval County Property Appraiser's Office.

The Duval Street Garage entrance is at 33 W. Duval Street, and offers convenient hourly and daily parking for all local businesses, including the Jacksonville Main Public Library. Hours of operation are from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday - Saturday (except city-observed holidays). Parking is covered and security is on duty Monday through Saturday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
