Alina Prior has worked at One Call, a workers’ compensation healthcare services leader, in various roles for nearly ten years. She is currently a senior manager in operations, leading multiple departments and processes.
A certified Lean Six-Sigma Greenbelt, Alina is a collaborative leader who has worked to optimize work flows and find solutions to operational challenges. She is also passionate about building strong communities and has worked with local nonprofit organizations, serving as a mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister program, and volunteering with the American Red Cross.
Alina holds a bachelor’s degree in Studio Art with a concentration in graphic design from Florida State University. Originally a native of Miami, FL, but she has proudly called Jacksonville home since 2001. She lives in downtown Jacksonville’s Cathedral District with her husband and young son.
