Ginger Soud, the first woman elected to an at-large position, was a member of the Finance Committee, Recreation & Community Development Committee, Public Health, Safety & Education Committee, the Special Committee on Legislative Issues, the Tourist Development Council and Chair of the Education Task Force. At the State level she serves on the Florida League of Cities Board of Directors, Florida League of Cities International Relations Committee and the Federal Action Strike Team.
