Council Officer Installation Ceremony

The City Council installed new leadership at a ceremony held in the Council Chamber. During the ceremony Council President Bill Gulliford displayed the "Kicking the Grass" award he presended to Councilwoman Denise Lee for her efforts to tackle blight.
