Emergency:

In an emergency, always dial 9-1-1 (TTY Services Available) and the operator will direct your call based on the nature of the emergency.

Members of the hearing impaired community can access 9-1-1 using a TTY phone system. TTY phones have special tones that the receiving units in the JSO Communications Center translate into text.
