Notice is hereby given that Council Member Tyrona Clark- Murray will be having a speak up and Speak Out community meeting on September 12, 2024, at 5:00-7:00PM. The meeting will be held at the Hammond Senior Center on 3312 W 12th St. Jacksonville FL.
