The meeting will be held on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 4:00 p.m., in Conference Room A,  4^th Floor, Suite 425 – City Hall, 117 West Duval Street, Jacksonville, Florida, 32202. 

City Council committee meetings will NOT be held the week of September 28th to October 2nd.  The regularly scheduled Council meeting cycle will resume with Standing Committee meetings on Monday, October 5, 2015.
