Councilman Johnson (District 14) will host a community meeting at the Goodwill Community Conference Room, located at 5150 Timuquana Road, Suite 15, Jacksonville, FL 32210, on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 5:30 PM.

This meeting will focus on the proposed Land Use Amendment (L-6068-25C) and PUD Rezoning (Morse Avenue PUD) for the property at the northwest corner of Morse Avenue and Seaboard Avenue. The event offers residents a valuable opportunity to learn more about the proposed development, engage directly with Councilman Johnson and the project team, and share their feedback and concerns.
