Bay St, Jax, FL 32204 (R.E. # 074487-0010) in Council Dist 7 within the Downtown Northbank CRA, & Auth the Mayor, or Her Desig, to Execute: (1) a Redev Agrmt by & Among the City, DIA, & Gateway Companies LLC, or Its Affiliate, which Redev Agrmt Provs for the Acquisition of the 801 W.
