Resurfacing

The Better Jacksonville Plan resurfacing program ended in September 2007. Public Works will continue to resurface city-maintained paved streets. Contact 630-CITY (2489) or visit 630-CITY online to make a paving request.

The BJP provided $105 million that resurfaced more than 2,000 miles of roadway - the distance between Jacksonville and Phoenix, Arizona!

The city does not pave private roads or dirt roads, unless through the Dirt Road Special Assessment Program.
